Full event marketing for an international meat science congress
End-to-end event marketing for the 62nd ICoMST — the International Congress of Meat Science and Technology — held in Bangkok under the theme "Meat for Global Sustainability." Scope covered the full congress website, delegate content, excursions and travel information, registration, and on-site materials.

The challenge
The 62nd International Congress of Meat Science and Technology needed to bring meat scientists, technologists, and industry professionals from around the world to Bangkok — its first time hosting the congress in Thailand. That meant a site that could handle everything a delegate needs before travelling: the scientific programme, registration and pricing, and practical travel and accommodation information, all presented credibly to a specialist, international audience.
The approach
The site was structured around what a delegate actually needs to plan a trip: About, Program, News, Travel & Stay, and Register, later expanded to include dedicated Excursions and Hotel Accommodation sections. Registration was broken into clear delegate, student, and accompanying-person tiers with early-bird pricing. Beyond the site, the work extended to congress branding and identity, and to press coordination to help the event reach its intended audience.
What we built
- Full congress website: About, Program, News, Travel & Stay, Excursions, Register
- All delegate-facing copy written from scratch, including congress, excursion, and travel content
- Congress brand identity and logo
- Tiered registration pages (Delegate, Student, Accompanying Person) with early-bird rates
- Excursion pages covering technical tours and cultural visits (the Grand Palace, floating markets, the Ancient City)
- Hotel and venue information for the conference venue, Swissôtel Le Concorde Bangkok
- Press and PR coordination for the congress
