Full event marketing for a global veterinary & poultry science conference

The 2nd WVPA–WPSA (Malaysia Branch) Scientific Conference needed to bring poultry scientists, veterinarians, nutritionists, and industry professionals together under the theme "Enhancing Innovation in Poultry Health and Production" — while running alongside a co-located trade event, Livestock Asia Expo & Forum 2015, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The conference programme spanned two full days of keynote, plenary, and concurrent sessions split across Nutrition & Poultry Production and Diseases & Health tracks, with speakers from across the globe. Work covered the conference website and registration, the printed second-announcement brochure, and coordination of delegate and press outreach — tying the online presence to the printed materials delegates actually used to plan their trip.
